How to submit a deletion request
Email kewvyvvt@bmtemp.com or use the form on this page. Include:
- Subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
- Your name and the email used to register or sign in.
- Your Facebook app-scoped user ID, if available.
- The scope of deletion, such as account, ad leads, login profile, or all personal data.
Remove this app on Facebook
You can also revoke authorization in Facebook:
- Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites.
- Find Liora and click Remove.
After you remove the app, we delete Platform Data linked to that Facebook account, except data we must keep by law or that has already been anonymized.
Submit a deletion request online
After you fill in the form, your email client will open and send the request to our privacy inbox.
What happens next
- We will confirm receipt within 7 business days.
- After identity verification, we will delete the data within 30 days.
- We may keep limited records required for billing, fraud prevention, or disputes.
- After deletion, you will not be able to sign in with the old account, and related ad leads will be erased or anonymized.
