4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:

  • Service providers: hosting, analytics, email, and support vendors that process data only on our instructions.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: When you use Facebook Login, Pixel, Conversions API, or ads tools, related data is provided to Meta under Meta’s terms and your authorization. For Page Insights and similar features, we and Meta may act as joint controllers.
  • Legal requirements: when needed to comply with law, regulation, court orders, or to protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers: if we merge, are acquired, or transfer assets, personal information may be included.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies, pixels, local storage, and SDKs to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, and measure ads. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser. Some features may not work if you disable them.

Meta Pixel may set cookies on your device for ad delivery, frequency capping, and conversion measurement. You can also limit ad personalization in Facebook ad preferences or your device settings.

6. Storage and retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Account data is usually kept while the account is active. Ads and analytics logs are typically kept for 12 to 24 months. After a verified deletion request, we delete data as soon as reasonably possible unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, least privilege, and periodic reviews. Internet transmission is not completely secure, so please protect your account credentials.

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or update your personal information.
  • Request deletion, or restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Receive a copy of data you provided to us (data portability).
  • Withdraw consent (this does not affect processing that already occurred).
